FROM NEW YORK CITY:

A. Via George Washington Bridge - Follow Interstate 80 West for 9.3 miles to Garden State Pkwy. Take Pkwy South for 12.5 miles to Exit 145, Interstate 280. Follow 280 West for 3.6 miles to Exit 8B, Prospect Avenue.
A1. Take Prospect Avenue North for 3/10 of a mile to Eagle Rock Ave. Turn right at Eagle Rock Ave. Make first left into Eagle Rock Reservation (approximately 600 feet).

B. Via Lincoln Tunnel or from the Sports Complex - Travel West on Route 3 to Garden State Pkwy. Take Pkwy. South for 7 miles to Exit 145, Interstate 280. Follow 280 West for 3.6 miles to Exit 8B, Prospect Avenue. Proceed according to A1.

C. Via Holland Tunnel - Follow NJ Tpk extension from Exit 14C to Exit 14. Then take Tpk. North for 4.1 miles to Exit 15W, Interstate 280. Travel West on 280 for 7.5 miles to Exit 8B, Prospect Avenue. Proceed according to A1.

FROM STATEN ISLAND:

D. Via Goethals Bridge - Follow Interstate 278 West to the NJ Tpk. Take Tpk. North for 8.9 miles to exit 15W, Interstate 280. Travel West on 280 for 7.5 miles to Exit 8B, Prospect Avenue. Proceed according to A1.

FROM NEWARK AIRPORT:

E. Follow Route 22 West for 4 miles to Garden State Pkwy. Take Pkwy. North for 5.1 miles to Exit 145, Interstate 280. Follow 280 West for 3.6 miles to Exit 8B, Prospect Avenue. Proceed according to A1.

FROM POINTS WEST:

F. Locate Interstate 280, which is Exit 47A off Route 80 Eastbound in Parsippany. Follow 280 East 8.1 miles to Exit 8B, Prospect Avenue. Proceed according to A1.
